Re: my "w" and my "o" key are touch sensitive

this sounds like a physical issue and not a software one

I would bring it back to place of purchase and get a replacement

Re: my "w" and my "o" key are touch sensitive

Hi all;

Do you mean that when you press a button (letter) it will type the letter multiple times, even if you only pressed it once?

Re: my "w" and my "o" key are touch sensitive

i have been also getting "double" entry letters for the last short while.  A friend with a Q10 advised that his was doing so, and then one day started giving him "w" for "e" - it has been sent in for keyboard repairs under warranty.

I called my sales guy today and he is going to get me a loaner and get mine also sent in for warranty repairs - heres to hoping that the keyboard is able to be fixed permanently...
