no sim card insert

since yesterday, with the 10.1 update, i cant make phonecalls anymore. w-lan and everything works but i cant make phone calls or write text messages. i´ve tried another card, which is also not working, i really dont know what to do the q10 is very important for me.

Have you called your mobile provider to inquire if your sim card is provisioned correctly?

i just noticed it today in the morning, and i cant call them on saturdays only mo-fr. the sim-card was active before the update came

Try re-booting by holding down the power button on top until it shuts off completely. Wait a minute or two and press the power button again to restart. Sometimes that sorts out issues like you're having.
