Tried to setup my office mail in my new device bbq10. i tried with advance setup imap and pop. but both showing error that there is no response from the mail server.
i was usiing my office mail in all my other bb devices witout any problem.
Help from any one is highly appreciated.

What is the exact error you're receiving? Also who is the email hosted by? What version of BlackBerry 10 software are you running? Go to Settings>About to find this information.

While the same account is working fine with older than BB10.
on adding account with BB10 it says server offline. issue looks like with ISP.
If you posses BB Q10 then i can provide further details to clear the issue.
