pre-programmed keys

I have a Q10. In my Bold I could make a one key phone call (say H for home) from any window. Not anymore. Am i missing something?

Re: pre-programmed keys

Hey gkk,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

Open the phone application on the BlackBerry Q10 and bring up the dial pad.  Then press and hold any key to setup your speed dial.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Cheers.

Re: pre-programmed keys

Thanks for the quick response. My issue is the new OS is more cumbersome as the BB Bold allowed you to make a speed dial call from any screen.
