Please I need your support to restart and use my q10. Here is what happened. I was so happy to use my q10 when I had completed the process of configuration. I even made a first call. When I realized that I did not transfert my contact data on my sim card I decided to log off and then remove the sim card from my q10. Misfortunately as I was so happy and impatient to use my q10 I did not let the process of closing completed. So I removed the battery of the q10. When I collected my contacts data on my sim card and insert into the q10 and then put the battery; I started the q10, the process start slowly from 1 to 100%. When it gets to 100% it stopped till the battery discharged. I charged and started it, when it get to 100% it stopped one more time.
In conclusion I could not do anything now . Please I would be happy to have your full support in order to use my q10

It sounds like you may have corrupted your device OS somehow...to fix, you must reload your OS via either LINK or AutoLoader:
When you do, I recommend you install the most current BB10 OS -- 10.2.1.3247.
