Do you have Link installed? or just connecting without it?
Install Link, run it, connect the device, give it some time to iniiate and report back.
sometimes you need to delete the device from device manager if issues are encountered

This worked for me. Read this Windows 7 thread: Peer to Peer network error 0x80070035 the network path was not found
This solved the issue for me after having tried EVERYTHING. Now I can see my Q10 as a network drive.

Hello, i just bought Q10 and also having same problem.
What i did was i added Blackberry Link in Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Allow a program or feature..
Then i tick all.
i noticed it has Blackberry Link, MDNS Services and PEer-to-Peer Service, just tick all.
hope this helps.

Do you have an active VPN connection while trying to conenct your Q10? Disconnect your VPN and try again.
This KB article will explain why BlackBerry Link does not pick up the BlackBerry 10 smartphone when connected via VPN: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB33604
