Contractually, BlackBerry can provide no front line formal support...such is the responsibility of the carriers, authorized resellers, and authorized service centers (it varies by region and issue). They can escalate cases up to BlackBerry that require such, but end users have no formal direct support channel from BlackBerry -- such has never existed, and does not exist today.
