BB ID problem



Today i bought Q5, was using 9300 model earlier. I forgot my original BB ID's password so i generated new Blackberry ID and than made mistake by deleting this new Blackberry ID. Now i found my original BB ID password but i am unable to sign in with original BB ID on this new Q5 device. Error shows sign in with the original BB ID used on this device.


My problem is i am unable to use my both BB ID.


Pls help me to resolve this issue.

Welcome to the Community

You must wipe your Q5 to use your old BBID. From Setting > Security and privacy > Security Wipe. All contacts,  emails, photo, video on the phone memory will deleted. You may need to backup the data through BlackBerry Link in case you want to restore those data.
