I start using a BB Q5 and I transfer all my data with BB protect to my new phone. I can't set up my BBM app, it was installed on the phone but when i try using the app I get a message that my BB id is already used by another phone with BBM. I did a security swipe on the old phone. On BB app world it shows that the BBM app is unavailable for this device? When I open the BBM app from the menu screen is just keep saying transferring bbm data and after a long while says server error. Please I need urgent help!!

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with transferring your BBM data.
Can you provide the full BBM server error you are encountering?
Do you get this error when using Wi-Fi or your data?
Did you use the same BlackBerry ID from your previous device? If so, were you not given a prompt to transfer your contacts over to the new device?
