Dear Blackberry users,
I bought a Q5 3 weeks ago. I've never used BBM, just logged in the app (but never sent any messages, no contacts, ...).
However, according to the device monitor, BBM is consuming more than 45% of my battery, and dowloading several mega-bytes of data every day. As a result, my battery lasts about 6 hours (and my data plan is suffering too)
My phone is up-to-date, i've installed all the updates.
I've read on others threads that rebooting the phone would solve the problem, but it didn't work for me!! (I did it several times)
I would be grateful if you could help me!

When I go to the App world, I see: Installed version, Version 10.3.33.18
Sorry for the confusion with my previous message, I got the version number in my previous message by going to device monitor > BBM > version (which is 10.2.1.3247)
So it seems like I already have the latest version installed?
