Can't remove my sim card

Hi, I have been using my BlackBerry Q5 for a long time and everything has been working well, no problems. But now, when I want to remove it, I can't or I just don't know how to do it. I have Micro Sim card and I have already asked few people but nobody knows. Thank you very much for any help.

Re: Can't remove my sim card

Open the cover > push DOWN slightly on the already inserted SIM card

You will hear a slight click and it shoudl pop up for removal.

DON'T tug on the SIM card with out first pressing down on it to dislodge it.

 Watch this for more info.

Re: Can't remove my sim card

I've tried to do that many times, I guess it got stuck. Perhaps I'll need a new sim card because I have no idea how to take it out. Anyway thank you very much for your help!

Re: Can't remove my sim card

i would suggest you take it by a local Tmobile store and let them try... if they break it, that's their problem to replace your device, if you break it, physical damage is normally not a cause for free warranty replacement.

Re: Can't remove my sim card

Yes, that's true. I'll do it this way. The reason maybe could be that when I came to T-Mobile because I needed a Micro Sim, they just cut my mini sim. Maybe I wouldn't have this problem, if I had original Micro sim...
