Can't send MMS or receive on my Q5

Hi!

 

I just received my Q5 but i can't seem to recieve or send MMS. I have data on my phone, 

 Which is why i don't understand.

 

Please help! Thanks!

If you have your Wi-Fi on then you won't be able to send or receive MMS messages unfortunately. One of those BlackBerry glitches that needs to be fixed.

If that's not the problem then you should check your settings with your service provider to ensure they are correct.

Thanks! That helped! Also realised that with my provider there was a data block on my account. Thank you again!
