DOA POLICY

 

Dear,

 

I brought my new Q5 on 4/09/2013 but I used 1st time on 14/09/2013.

 

After using  two days on 16/09/2013, camera is not working.

 

So please let me know the DOA policy of blackberry, and let me know that my device is under DOA or not ?Smiley Sad

The warranty is for one year, as long as it was purchased from an authorized seller.

And, the warranty is serviced by that seller. Call them.
