I can´t start my Q5´cameras

Goog Night, I´m Pablo Ramírez, from Caracas, Venezuela.

 

I can´t start my camera on my new Q5...

 

I restore default data on my Q5 and continues problem...

 

Some body can help me??

Do you get a specific error when trying to launch the camera?  Also when was the last time you could access the camera?

Hi, Thanks for answer. My specific error is, in spanish: "No se puede iniciar la cámara". I can acces to My BBQ5 camera 45 days ago. In that moment, I access to My camera, and when I want to choose video option, the camera don't start. From this moment to today, I Can't start My BBQ5 camera. Please, help me.
