Not able to startup

Hi, please I need help with my Q5. Sim detected but the message on the screen is "your device is preparing to establish an internet connection", which has been there for over 24hrs. Urgent please

Are you currently connected to a Wi-Fi network? Does your SIM have a BlackBerry data plan configured?
