Q 5 CALLS ISSUES

Hi every one....

 

my BB Q5 is 2 days old and was looking fine until i found out that i am unable to make calls using the phone though the signal strength was full and simultaneously receiving calls, SMS, mails, Chat messages etc. Thought it would be the service provider issue and tried changing the SIM card to find out that it was indeed the handsets problem and not the SIM card......any solutions ??? u knw pls help to fix if u knw how

hi, i too have same problem when i purchased my Q5....jst factory reset phone that will be solved. actually this problem arises when you change area code in smart dialling.

Do a full system wipe/reload of OS
