Q5, SQR100-2, BBOS 10.2.1.2273, has no warranty.
I have the following problems:
1. The bettery can't be charged over 60% while the Q5 is on. If I turn it off, it can be charged to 100%.
2. The LED is constantly blinking red when the Q5 is on. BBVE fails only the LED test.
I have updated BBOS, bought a new original adapter, flashed to original box BBOS 10.1.0 and flashed to new 10.2.1.
I also wrote to @BlackBerryHelp but they could not help me.
I found at least 3 people on forums with the very same problems. That is a factory flaw and should expect to exchange Q5, as well as all the other people.
I'd like BB representatives contact me and settle this issue.

You will not be contacted by anyone able to help you from BlackBerry on this forum it is peer-to-peer only.
When you say you have no warranty can you explain why not?
If you have purchased recently and the device is not working you should be able to return it to the seller.

Who shall I address to in order to get help?
I bought it from another person and while using it the defects revealed themselves. I thought it could be repaired. But turned out that other people have the same problems, so it's the factory flaw.

Thank you for reply. Though it does not change the core of the issue for it is a factory flaw which is to be settled.
And the absence of any opportunity to contact BlackBerry Support spoils the impression about the company. After such an attitude I don't feel like buying other BlackBerry Devices.
