Q5 keyboard light is not working

The backlit keyboard light is not working since I tried restart and hard reset but still itss not working and it's under warranty can I claim it or is there any other solution?

Not sure what "restart and hard reset" mean exactly for you, but an OS reload might be warranted to rule out OS corruption.

As for your warranty question, only your warranty service provider can answer that, as it's a contractual matter between you and them.
