I have done. but it is long process. blackberry limitation.
First you have to creat Gmail account or use your existing one.
You have to add carddav account in to blackberry.
After configure the account
go to contact and select contact by press and hold for some time.
There will be a right side popup with option of select more.
click on that.
select multipal contact.
again you can see side popup with Copy To option.
After selection, you can see your configured Gmail account.
It will sync with gmail contact.

Gmail is a Google Owned Client and is more Compatible with ANDROIDS...
Similarly as long as Blackberry was being Synced with Blackberry Server on a Blackberry Plan, Google Contact Pics were being Imported...
My Alternate Phone 9220 is on a BB Internet Plan @Rs. 399-00 PM and Gmail Contact Pics show on that.
On the Q5, I am connected thru a Regular 3G connection or Wifi ..Hence I have Imported FB account and Those Pics appear MORE CLEAR and FULL SCREEN whenever I use the Phone ...
