my mails disappear after mail setup!

Hello,
I have a very wired problem with my new Q5, I got it 10 days ago and it is perfect but just yesterday I am having a problem that my mail account does not sync. Even the received mails disappear and after seconds the sent mails disappear also and in mail box it shows "no entries in this view" even my all other Internet services work perfect!
I called my service provider they told me that the problem may be with the hotmail site itself!!!
And sometimes the mail disappears from the BlackBerry hub list!!
Please help!!!

Re: my mails disappear after mail setup!

Hey MORPHEUS87,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

Does this happen with any other email accounts on the BlackBerry Q5?  I would suggest removing the affected email account and then re-add it and then test to see if the email messages still disappear.

What version of BlackBerry 10 are you currently running? Go to Settings>About to find this information.

I look forward to your reply.

Cheers.

Re: my mails disappear after mail setup!

I have had the same issue since Saturday (on EE, several hours on phone with them, still waiting for them to call back). Its an (@msn.com email).

Re: my mails disappear after mail setup!

This is the exact problem and my mail is (@live.com) also... I hope this problem to be fixed in BlackBerry 10.2 for The Q5
Please spread this to RIM staff
