Application Permission Reset Issue

Hi,

We have an application which we pushed to the devices with policy set to "Prompt" for the APIs. 

 

But we found that some employees did not hit Allow/Yes when permission prompt appeared on the device.

 

Now we re-pushed the application again on the devices so affected employees can set those permissions again to Allow.

 

But on second push, the application does not show the permission popup. And devices log shows permission denied error. 

 

Any idea how can we reset the permission on the device for the application, so user can receive the prompt again? Or is there a way to do it via BES or any manual steps to reset permission on device.

You can set the application permissions through the Application Control Policy, that way the app will have the correct permissions by default.
