BWS certificates

How will we get the com.rim.ws.enterprise.admin .jar files and the BWS certificates?

That's covered in the "Generating the client proxy files" section of the doc I referenced. Please follow it through to ensure everything gets set up as expected.

You are writing your server in Java, correct? If that's the case then the section you should use is in the Getting Started Guide for Java:

Now ,how will i get this "proxy files" ,

 

whether i have to install the BES server to get this files.

Yes, you need a BES/BAS to generate these files but also to develop your application.
