Is it possible using the API to get access to the "Manage Deployment Jobs" functionalities?
I would like to know if applications are installed on the device after a group has been added to a user.

With BWS you can see what applications are set to be installed via the Software Configurations but a record of installed applications is not currently available. If you have a good use case then please submit the request to have this feature added to the Developer Issue Tracker (linked in my signature).

currently the BWS don't support such a function, but you can read the Deployment Job entries from the SQL Database.
All information which you need are in the following three tables BASJobTasks, BASApplications, BASUsers.
