I found that when I tried to add a user after deleting the user with the
Command. I found my user data in three tables yet the error message returned was that Email address [email address from prompt] not found in mail store. Could there be an issue with the error message?

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue, after deleting the user with the disableBlackBerryUserAndDeleteUser call they are always added back to the BES without error.
Do you experience this same issue after deleting the user from the BAS console (deleting their mailstore data) then trying to re-create that same user? Does this happen for every user? What version of BES and could you post the full exact error message?

The reason I got the error message is that the MailStoreUserSearchCriteria.isNewUserOnly was set to true. This meant that when the mail store search came back with an existing email address the error message would occur and the error message came from the code example.

My issue is exactly the same: I need to create a BES user as soon as the user received an Exchange mailbox but that fails.
As I understand it the BAA is deprecated and the new BWS should be used instead. But I can't find a similar method there. How can I solve that issue?
Is there a way to force the update of the cache instead?
Thanks in advance!
