Account and app deleted

I post here because I didn't find any way to contact Blackberry team about my issues. There's a lot of forums but no simple mail adress to send.

Maybe I'm in the wrong place. Thank you then to tell me the way I should use to talk with Blackberry world people.

That sais...


We published ou application GENERATION ten months ago on Blackberry World. It's a micro-app which leads to our webapp on the site http://www.generation.fr.

Our business is in insurrance and healthcare in France and we take care of the payments of health insurrences. The app permits our customers to be alerted of payments they receive and to consult their account.


It appears that the application has been deleted as our account which formerly was under the login : juliette.guillou@generation.fr. I don't know when or why because we don't have been warned.


So my questions are :

1 - Why did our blackberry app deleted ?

2 - Why did our account deleted too ?

3 - What is the process to publish the app back ?

Have you contacted Vendor Support at all? If not yet, that's the best place to start.

Hello generation,


I'm looking at the account which uses the email address you mention as a login name.  The application is still there an Up for Sale.  Are you having problems logging in vs. actually not seeing the application?

Hello Ryan,


Thanks for the help.

My problem is that the URL I used to connect with the app doesn't work anymore.

And I can't sign in with our original ID.

It's  good news if you tell me our app had not been deleted.


For the rest, I will connect AppWorld vendor team as meneb suggested.
