App Approval for Playbook

Hi,

 

My team has submitted two apps on Dec 20th, 2012.  The apps still have the status of "pending review".  I guess there's probably a backlog after the holiday.  Is it possible to get an estimate of when the apps will be reviewed?  Thanks!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

As a user-to-user community, no one here can answer your question with any level of authority whatsoever. While RIM does attempt to read all that is posted here, this site is not any part of any formal communications with, support from, nor escalation to RIM.

 

As a developer, you should have a dedicated Vendor Portal by which to communicate directly with RIM...you likely should make your request via that portal.

Is your both apps get any respond for the status? if you don't receive it yet, could you please send me your app name, ID and vendor name by pm so I can investigate it after that.
