I have a customer saying they are having problems installing my App. They purchased and the install failed, when they go to the app page it says its "Uninstalled", there is no reinstall button. I had the customer pull the battery on the device and they say it is the same after.
Going into application management didn't work, it was not listed.
edit: got her working by plugging into PC and going to the app world page and clicking purchase, it brought up the sync page with web plugin and it installed like that.
