App Live date scheduling

Hi,

I have developed an app, which I would like to make live on a particular date. How do I schedule the app live date? How long will the approvals take?

Approval takes usually a day or two depending on volume RIM is getting.

When you submit your app you can choose so it doesnt automatically release on approval and then you can manually put it up for sale when it is approved.
