App World Paid Apps Test - Known Issue - March 19, 2012

Hi all,


An issue has been encountered with the latest update to the App World Server whereby some developers may experience problems when trying to download a paid application from their App World account's sandbox.


Note that this issue does *not* affect:

 - Free application downloads from a sandboxed account

 - Paid application purchases/downloads from non-sandboxed accounts

 - Testing the  Payment SDK from the account sandbox


Standard users without a vendor account should not be affected.


A fix has been identified and should be implemented shortly to fix this, I will post back once completed. In the meantime, if you have any questions please post them to this thread.

If it's any help, this problem has been ongoing since at least Wed before last, when I received my PlayBook and was unable to download my apps.

The issue with the Sandbox and Paid apps is now resolved.


Again, you should now be able to download your Paid apps while using a Sandbox account for testing.
