Hi all, i have problem on App World with user nemed: "Septyan xxxxxxx xxxxxx" who review my application.
My application is to listen radio.(2$).
I have found this site in radio links:
And i add to my application only mp3 and aac stream.
But App World He rejected my application.(This user)
I have questions. This is public radio stream? Right?
I do not need permission to add these streams to my application?
I wrote to the address firstname.lastname@example.org questions, if I can add to my application the radio, but did not receive a response. Today I wrote a second time.
I have a second question. I found the app world paid apps for listening to the radio.
50,000 to the station, including the local communities.
Is the author of this application must write 50,000 times for each station for permission to add to the application?
I need help advenced user how to solved my problem in app world.
I have this question ... where can I find online a list of public radio stations that I can add to my application?

I need help!
I send to many people email but nothing me response...
This email email@example.com is fu***** **bleep**. I send 3 email and no got answer.
I send email to Tune In...yes, response me and admin is very good of this site. I paste all email:
Hi, I am a mobile application developer on the BlackBerry. I wanted to ask if I can use the links to the stream in my application from tune in? Not all station Some other, i think meybe max 500.
Do I have to pay you for this opportunity? How so, how much?
My application is not free(2$) Please reply me.
TUNE IN SAYS:
Thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately, we do not license our API for new third party application at this time.
We wish you luck with your app!
No, i dont need your api. I have my own application. I only need use link stream for some station in my application. It is posible? My application can stream over BIS,Wifi and TCP.
TUNE IN SAYS:
We can only surface station metadata through our API, including stream URLs, unfortunately.
On a different subject, have you checked out TuneIn's career page?
This means that it can not use the stream in my application? For example:
I open this link: http://tunein.com/radio/La-Grupera-1140-s91224/
And view source page, i find this link for mp3 stream:
When i copy this link:
and paste to firefox, i opened m3u file with my PC player VLC.
And i find source stream to this radio: http://www.omegaingenieria.com:8022
I can use this link in my application>? Or not?
TUNE IN SAYS:
These links are publicly available, so you are welcome to try to use them (though we try discourage scraping of our service).
Usually, you can find links to streams directly on broadcaster websites.
That being said, many broadcasters do not want their streams available on mobile applications without explicit permission/partnership with the software developer.
My advice would be to contact each broadcaster directly and ask their permission, though as with any content on the web if the URL is publicly available anyone can access it.
Ok, thank you for your reply and information. So your links are all public, and I can add them to my application? Like previous email?
I've seen applications that May after 50,000 stations. As the author can send 50,000 times ask for authorization for each individual?
TUNE IN SAYS:
That's the safe way to do it.
Best of luck!
In my opinion, some pay radio in app world, who have 50000 list stream is not possible to send to all separate email. Send 50000 times email??? I send this email over 5 years...next 5 reponse...this is nonsense!
Must be legal way to add public radio station...
I found this site:
I csn use this stram in my application???????????????????????????????????????
I send email to this site: (http://www.publicradiofan.com/)
Hi, i have questions...i can used in my mobile application link to source stream from your site: http://www.publicradiofan.com/siteinfo.html
If not, where i can find list public radio to use in commercial application. My application is not free(2$)

I am not sure that this in question that you should expect an answer to, on the BlackBerry Development Support Java forum. Is this a Java question? is it a BlackBerry question?

Can you tell us why you have to ask the question here?
If I was to summarise, your question is, "how do I demonstrate to App World that I have the right to stream the radio stations?" Is that correct?
Perhaps you would be better asking this quesiton on the App World forum here?
