App World Reports, Charts Still Broken

I haven't been able to get any App World reports for almost a month. The error message I keep receiving is


"Sorry! Some technical error encountered while processing your request. Pleae try later."


I get a similar error message when I try to generate a chart.


Being I developer, I couldn't help but notice that the date control used for Start and End gets severely confused about the date format and converts 1/16/2012 to 16/1/2012, sometimes to 16/1/2013.


This has been going on since the last two weeks of December last year. Anyone knows what's going on?
