I have a same problem, how to fix that?

 

I want to upload .bar to app world but i cant continue because of this.

 

Or is there any way to upload to app world?

Hi cybernews,

 

You should have received an email from us stating we require documentation to verify your account.

If you have not, please check your SPAM folder.

 

Directions are as follows:

 

If you are a Company:

  • Official documentation to validate your company information (ex. Articles of Incorporation, Business License). Please scan or return in PDF format.

If you are an Individual:

  • A copy (front and back) of an official Government Issued Identification, clearly showing your name and date of birth.

Documentation must be returned to:

Email: BlackBerryWorldRequests@blackberry.com OR Fax: 1-519-883-7724 (Please include cover letter)

I don't get any email in inbox or trash about this

Now when i trying to login to vendor it says my account is locked, maybe because I'm trying to linking my vendor account to my bbid account.

When I'm trying to linking my vendor account to bbid account my email or password always wrong, idk whats wrong about that. Because i definately correct about email and password.

Can you help me?

Yes, I can definitely help you.

 

Please ensure you are logging into the vendor portal using your BBID.

 

If this does not work, PM me your BBID and I will look on my end.
