App been in review since 22nd of December

My App has been in review since the 22nd of Decemeber. Our client is ready to cancel the contract. I keep sending support vendor emails and no one is getting back to me. Please can someone help?

Are you sure you are sending to the correct email??

Did you get anywhere? What category is your app in?

 

Mine is in games>action

been waiting since 1/8/13 with no response yet, frustrating - my friend submitted an app long after mine and was reviewed and accepted within 10 days.

 

His was a utility app in a different category, I assume that makes some difference.

Have checked spam folders and sent mails to that address. Also been tweeting them since Friday and no reply. About to lose a client because of this.
