App icon dissapears after download

Hi all,

I submitted an application update and was approved yesterday.

The version is now available and users are downloading but after they do it the app icon doesn’t show up in their phones.

If we donwload the application (jad file) from any other site it works just fine.

Any ideas on what can be happening? In the meantime is there any chance to downgrade the app to its previous version in order to not get negative reviews and have some time to solve the problem?

As posted in another thread, you cannot downgrade the application, you can only remove it from purchase. If the package file works for you, could it be something with the device?
