App world denying apps without any reason....

Hello guys,

 

 

I am in trouble.....

I dont know what is the reason, these days, what happend was my apps which was on sale, app world denied . & took out from sale, when i contacted them for reason, they are not even replying.. & the funny part here is apps which is not for sale & which is on draft possition got also denied mail. 

 

One of my app got denied because of the reaon says, application uses trademarked names, images and functionality that is owned by another party. But the same app is available on app world for sale from many people...And one other app which i submitted 2 days back also got denied, & they says the same reason, which actually not even copying any trademark or anything....

 

Also, my Sept sale report was not available on Global report, when i contacted them for the same with the purchase report from appworld, they asked me to conact app world as app world has to provide sale info to digital river to build epen report. When i contacted them for the same, am not getting any reply back...Any idea whats going on??? Any other way to contact them???

 

Please help me...

Hi emmanualvnebu,

 

Can you provide me with the application names that you recently had Denied?  I can help shed some light on possible reasons and what we can do to maybe reverse the decision. 

 

As for contacting App World, did you complete the Vendor Support form to get in contact with the Support Team?  Keep in mind it may take 24-48 hours before receiving a response to your inquiry.

try emailing BlackBerry Vendor support help at: appworldvendorsupport@blackberry.com

And one more ques, i submitted one of my app a month back & was on hold as was waiting for permission from the owner, now i got permission from the owner of the app, & would like to give this update to app world, how can i do that??, coz i already emailed, the permission which i got from the owner to the vendor support email address, & till now, no info...

Hello Emmanual,
For that you will have to confirm the details on the Digital Rights section.
On the Vendor Portal Go To Manage Products,
Under releases there will be a magnifying glass,
Click it, then click on the pencil next to the release,
Then click on the confirm digital rights tab!

Can someone tell me wt is - NO DR.
i got a mail says file denied as testing failed, but it work fine on my tab...dnt knw wt hpnd with them...
