I just published a software update for a Playbook application we are selling into the AppWorld. The update was approved and it's already out for sell. The problem is that we published it as PAID update by mistake so now our users are asked to pay in order to update to the new version.
It seems that it's not possible to change this from the Vendor portal or at least I don't know how to do that.
I asked for help but I'm still waiting for an answer while receiving angry comments from our customers.
Do you have any useful information or is someone able to help me out?
