Application approval

Dear App World Vendor Support 
We have uploaded the 'My Warrington'  application for content approval on the 21st February.
Almost 4 weeks later the app remains awaiting approval and we have not been informed any reason why the approval process is delayed.
We have submitted many support requests through our account and ticket number is 865648.
We are nearing the breach of our contractual obligation with the client for app not being published and therefore it is very important for this app to be reviewed and approved.
Our customer is extremely frustrated by the delay, particularly in view of the fact that the application is live across all other mobile platforms and has been for over three weeks.
We would really appreciate your urgent attention to expedite the case.

The app is still in process since it contain encryption, it should be approved in one or two days.
