Application refund

If customer buys your program, and asks for refund because programm is not working, or not working as advertised, what a vendor should do? 

If we want to refund customer, how we can do that? 

What is usual scenario in such cases?

They need to contact BB/BBW to request a refund. There is a form they can fill in. Developers cannot do this.

Also, try to find out what they had trouble with. A lot of time it might be something you can teach them. Try to save the sale.

Jtegen, thanks for that link, I wasn't aware of it. Yes, I explain the customer what to do and how, and if he stills want refund, I will direct him on that link.
