I submitted an app for review and approval two weeks ago. According to the ticket in the Vendor Portal, it has been on hold since Sept. 3rd. That's 10 days ago.
This forces me to wonder why it's on hold, and why it's on hold for so long? This is hardly a complicated app, so this kind of wait is simply unacceptable. I wouldn't mind so much if there was a means of contacting BlackBerry to get some information on this, but the only way to discuss the Vendor Portal is apparently through this forum.
Has anybody been in a similar situation? What would cause this ticket to be placed "On Hold" for such a long time? Furthermore, is there a way of contacting BlackBerry by email or phone to discuss these situations?
