Today I received an email from RIM that inform me that the email@example.com
will no longer be monitored for vendor support issues.
...but now I haven't understand where I can get support if I need it?

The orginal post said that there was an email saying that the storefront email box is not being monitored anymore so they won't be glad to help...they won't help at all. I got the email as well and it said we need to use http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/appworld instead of the mailbox.

Yeah, I know... I did just click there though and it says at the bottom if you require further assistance send an email to:
So I guess this is the new storefront emailbox...

All registered Vendors of BlackBerry App World should have received an email over the weekend indicating a change to the support process moving forward. Instead of directly email firstname.lastname@example.org, we ask that Vendors now navigate through the Vendor Support Help Site at http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/appworld/. This site contains Knowledge Base Articles, the FAQ, and other resources that should assist in answering your questions.
If however you cannot find the answers you are looking for, as RLord321 mentioned, you can click the link at the bottom of the page to request further assistance.
BlackBerry App World Vendor Support has only changed, allowing us to better provide the support required for the growing Vendor community.

The vendor support site (http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/appworld) recommended that I email email@example.com for support (see bottom of that page). So I dutifully emailed my question there and got back a form letter from RIM:
Thank you for contacting BlackBerry Customer Support.
Research In Motion (RIM) has created a specialized mailbox for BlackBerry App World storefront vendor inquiries. Please submit vendor inquiries directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.

So we're back to email@example.com again, apparently, never mind what the vendor support site says. Thought the rest of the forum should know.
