We submitted an App over 2 weeks back. Reached out to Vendor Support from the vendor portal 2 times before and once again yesterday.
There is no response from Vendor support and the Status of the tickets are still new.
Does anybody know what the average time for BlackBerry to approve an app is?
Does anyone know if there is any other avenue to get to BlackBerry support?
Any help or guidance will be appreciated.

I have several new apps in the queue. Put 2 new apps in for approval on Jan 20th. One just got approved March 6. The other is still waiting. That's seven weeks. They are playbook only apps.
