My application is available for both Playbook and BlackBerry 10 (Z10 and Dev Alpha).
BB10 release has the same SKU as PlayBook's version (it is submitted as one app in the vendor portal).
BB10 release version is higher than PlayBook's and was submitted as 1$ Paid upgrade.
My problem is that some customers can't buy BB10 apps on their Z10.
I got few mails with complains from customers.
When they are trying to download bb10 version they got a network coverage error indicating to check network connection (it didn't happen once - some of them tried many times and everytime they get this error :/).
Error is the same in all cases.
