Speaking of fees why we are charged with extra 1.9% for just currency conversion? One could assume that the 30% cut covers that as well. I don't think Digital River or BBCommerce charge for currency conversion.
And any comments about the payments delay (months!!!) for some Indonesia carriers?

After that I don't know weather we have to pay local country taxes for revenue what ever I got from BlackBerry E commerce ..
Yes, revenue from BB App World is clubbed with your income and you need to pay income tax if your income from BB + other sources (job, business etc..) is more than the minimum taxable limit.

The important line I'd like to point out is:
"At this time the average transfer fee is $6."
Paypal's transfer fee does vary a lot between some countries.
