On 01/04/2013 03:48, BlackBerry World wrote to me an email saying:
"Research In Motion is pleased to inform you that your product 'Book Viewer (TXT eReader)' is approved"
"it can take up to 24 hours before your app has propagated into our system."
After 8 days I could not find my app anywere so I reply to the message by saying: "the 24 hours pass 7 days ago what is going on?"
and the same day they reply:
"We will investigate this problem and we will get back to you as soon as possible."
After a couple of days I saw the dowload report and it seems that people start downloading it, BUT, I can NOT find it myself.
This means that some people can see the app and some can NOT.
After almost a month from the first message I still can not find the app.
I am dissapointed from the support that BlackBerry(BB) gives to the vendors. Everybody knows that BB had some really bad times the last couple of years, but how can you expect to go forward if you don't support your vendors?
The biggest disadvantage that BB has right now is the lack of applications. How do you expect a vendor to promote an app if he don't have a link of the app?

Is it possible you only released it originally on the Dev Alpha only and not on the Z10?

thanks for your respond, BUT,
these are the specs from the vendor portal for the app:
Min. OS =2.0.0
Device =5 Specific devices
AND even if I had something wrong in the list of the devices, it should of appear at the app world when you search for smobilesoft. There, you should of get the Book Viewer as well.

Your thinking could have a point if I haven't done this before.
Ballspiner is in both and visible.
Anybody any ideas?
