We have an app in the App World and we're trying to submit an update for this but we're running into problems as the Vendor Portal wont let us past step 4.
We have no idea how to proceed now and there seems to be very little online help with regards to this issue.
Is anyone on this forum able to give any assistance? If we remove the device listed above it means we have no supported devices, however we know for certain this works.

You'll only want to upload 1 of those bundles. It won't matter which one as the Portal will strip anything that isn't a COD file and break out parent COD files into smaller sibling COD files.
The error just means your have two bundles configured in the exact same way for OS and Device Support. If we allowed this, the system would have no way of knowing which Bundle the user should get as they are identical in Device/OS support.

Ah I see, we were indeed uploading both.
So silly question, but would Blackberry then handle both instances regardless of whether I upload the OTA or STANDARD files?

Correct, the COD files are the same for both packages.
One package most likely supplies a JAD file and the other an ALX file. The Vendor Portal will strip either of these anyways and use just the COD files so only one package is required.
