Blackberry app world submission - Featured image, what valid mean

I am trying to submit my android app to blackberry app world and stuck at some ridiculous gotcha of their submission process, here is the message I am receiving

please select a valid featured image.

I don't see anywhere what they mean by valid, my image is 1920x1186 resolution and I don't get what else is required to make it valid.

Try make sure your size is corect and your image format.

Maybe to do with save colour of transparencies option or something similar or try others tools like Paint.net

also try use lastest browser to upload , just incase.

Just to make sure that you don't miss anything: in the graphics section you need to upload logo (480x480), featured image (1920x1186) and one or more screenshots (max 640x640 size).

I am pretty sure the format needs to be a .PNG format to ensure clarity. What format are you using?

Keep us informed if this and the above suggestions work or fail.

Good luck!
