Can't submit payment Info


I've been facing problem while submitting payment Info in "Manage account details" settings. Whenever I click on payment info, it redirects me to vendor info, and surprisingly watever edit I do in Vendor info, they get wiped and replaced by old info on next refresh. 


Please help me to sort this out fast, as without payment info, I can't submit any paid app.
