Who can I contact to cancel a ticket request? There's an option to "change ticket request" in manage applications area of the vendor portal but unfortunately, you can't change anything!

It is actually "Change request tickets", i.e. tickets requesting some change
Back to your question: just add comment in your ticket "Please ignore", that should be good enough.
