Cannot retrieve my signing keys

We want to upload an update to our BB10 app, however, we cannot retreive the signing keys for our original app.


Is there anyway that BB can make an exception and allow us to sign the update with new keys.

I had mixed up files and couldnt find the right signing keys. I emailed the blackbery vendor support and They gave me the package author id This way I could find which one was the right one.

Otherwise you can ask them to remove the current signing key and then you need a new one. This will allow you to upload a new release but there is a big problem with that, your current customer won't receive a notification of the update. Also, if they download the new release, they will end up with two different version of your app, they would need to uninstall the other one first.
