Code Signing Down?

I have been having issues with code signing all morning.  I can never get all of the required signatures to complete.  I am stuck at 5 / 9.  The detailed error message states, "General failure.  Please try again. Server may be unavailable."

 

Is anyone else having issues trying to sign code?  Are some of the servers down for maintenance?

Yes, others are having signing server issues...
